- GENERAL ASSEMBLY: it is the body which integrates all the members of ADAD. It shall meet at least once a year in ordinary session, although it can meet in an extraordinary session in a series of expected cases collected in the statutes.

- BOARD OF DIRECTORS: it is the executive, governing and manager body in the association, but it must give an explanation about its actions to the General Assembly. It is composed of nineteen members.
- TERRITORIAL COUNCIL: it takes charge of approving or rejecting the different projects presented to the Global Action Programme Aljarafe-Doñana (within the Andalusian Programme to Sustainable Development in Rural Areas LiderA). Since its creation in 2010, it meets frequently to approve the initiatives to support the rural development.
- TECHNICAL SECTION: constituted by the Technical Office of Management, which is formed by the technicians in charge of the development of different projects, under the direction and coodination of the Management. In the Technical Office, you can find the distribution of ADAD departments, the technical team and their contact.
